Arndilly Fancy Double

Arndilly Fancy, one of the flies tied by Megan Boyd from Brora in Sutherland. She was never a fly-fisher but was taught the art of tying when she was only twelve years old and has went on to become one of the top fly tyers in the world. Very popular fly in late 70’s and early 80’s, but nowadays has a dedicated following of fly fishermen. Works really well in midsummer and bright conditions.
