Boobies

One of the modern fly patterns that has truly changed our approach to still water fishing.  The booby can either be fished on a sinking line with a figure of eight retrieve, or as a washing line set up on a floating or midge tip line.  It is so versatile and successful it accounts for a huge amount of fish caught each weekend across the country.
